• This Privacy Policy defines the way of acquiring, processing, and securing personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act, based on Article 6(1)(a), Article 9(2)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ L 119/1, 4.5.2016.
• The owner of the website cavitel.pl and the administrator of personal data is Cavitel Poland Sp. z o. o., located at ul. Piekarska 3, 37-100 Łańcut, VAT ID: 5833191995, REGON: 363395922, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland.
II Personal Data
• The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user.
• Personal data is collected when filling out the newsletter subscription form and when placing an order in the store.
• Personal data is used solely for the purpose of sending newsletters and fulfilling orders, provided that consent has been given.
• The content of the website can be viewed without providing any personal data.
• Any person who has provided their personal data has the right to access their content, as well as the ability to correct, update, supplement, and request the cessation of processing personal data, and to object to the processing of personal data. These actions can be taken by sending a relevant statement to the email address: office@cavitel.pl.
• The personal data obtained by the administrator is stored, processed, and protected in accordance with applicable law. The collection of personal data has been reported to the Office for Personal Data Protection (uodo.gov.pl).
• The administrator protects the collected personal data using the following measures:
- Encryption of data used for newsletter subscription.
- Securing the data set against unauthorized access.
III Cookie Information
• The service uses cookies.
