Privacy Policy and Cookies



I General Information


• This Privacy Policy defines the way of acquiring, processing, and securing personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act, based on Article 6(1)(a), Article 9(2)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ L 119/1, 4.5.2016.

II Personal Data


• The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user.

• Personal data is collected when filling out the newsletter subscription form and when placing an order in the store.

• Personal data is used solely for the purpose of sending newsletters and fulfilling orders, provided that consent has been given.

• The content of the website can be viewed without providing any personal data.

• Any person who has provided their personal data has the right to access their content, as well as the ability to correct, update, supplement, and request the cessation of processing personal data, and to object to the processing of personal data. III Cookie Information

• The administrator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Individuals who provide their personal data are bound by the currently effective version of the Privacy Policy, available on the website

• Matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy are subject to the applicable provisions of Polish law.
